Dear Friends and Family,
Happy New Year!! I send this message with wishes for a blessed year of good health, good family and good faith to each one of you. I know that there were many rollercoasters throughout 2017 with struggles and challenges, but as I look at 2017 as a whole I see a multitude of blessings throughout it and those are the memories that I am choosing to focus on as we move into a new year.
What will you be doing with a new year? How will you choose to make the most out of each minute and each day? How will you choose to strengthen the relationships that are important to you and to find ways of developing new, meaningful relationships? And most importantly, how will you choose to grow closer to God through your newborn Savior, Jesus Christ, this year?
Our Readiness 360+ team will be having its next training on January 20 with our sister churches in our cohort. At this meeting we will be setting our team goals for the next three months related to our dynamic relationships and we will be working on ideas for our church goals related to spiritual intensity. We are asking for members of the church to join our team between worship services or after the 9:30am service on Sunday, January 21 to discuss the content of that meeting and to help us set our goals as a church for the next three months of ministry as related to our spiritual intensity. Consider how you believe we could be a stronger church through Bible study, small group ministry and personal devotion. Your input is valued and vital throughout this process of strengthening our church and its ministry.
2018 is going to be a fantastic year and I cannot wait to get it started.
